Our plans and reports
In our Business Strategy, we highlight how we will support vulnerable people living across Sussex to overcome their personal challenges and live fulfilling, happy lives.
We want to grow our services and support more people. Whilst we know this won't be easy with continuing financial pressures facing care and support services, we're confident we're well placed to expand what we do whilst maintaining the quality of our existing services.

Our Impact Report for 2017-18 highlights the difference our services have made to vulnerable people's lives over the past year.
"Our clients describe the support they receive from us as ‘a lifeline’, ‘a way out’ and that it has ‘set me on a new path’. This feedback, along with our Impact Report, are testament to the hard work and dedication of my colleagues across Southdown. Thank you to all of our staff, commissioners and the local organisations we’ve worked with over the past year. Going forwards, we will build on what we have achieved in 2017-18 to reach out to more vulnerable people in need of support." - Neil Blanchard, Chief Executive at Southdown.

Value for Money
In the current economic climate it has never been more vital to demonstrate value for money by working in ways that are proven to achieve the best outcomes for the most people. We're committed to embedding a positive culture of value for money across Southdown to deliver increased efficiency but ultimately to enable us to deliver better outcomes for people who use and commission our services.
