HR Service Manager

Janet joined Southdown in 2006 as the HR Services Manager, responsible for for strategic development of HR, management of the HR team, staff pensions and benefits, complex staff issues, TUPE transfers, restructuring and contributes to the programme for staff wellbeing.

Janet is qualified MCIPD and has over 20 years senior management experience working in Human Resources. She previously worked for 11 years for the charity SCOPE as an Employee Relations Manager.
