It is important that our tenants, as well as our clients and other stakeholders, are able to openly access information on our priorities and are able to review our performance. Rent Arrears

In February 2023, our tenant contribution arrears were £62,079.  This figure is equivalent to 1.55% of our rental income.  The benchmark standard for tenant contribution arrears for Housing Associations is 2% of rental income.


In February 2023, we completed 96% of emergency repairs within the target of 24 hours.

91.18% of our urgent repairs were completed within the target timescale of 7 working days. This is above our target of 90%.

98.53% of standard jobs were completed within our timescale of 28 working days. Our target is 90% completed within target.


The information below is for February 2023 and shows that we are 99.15% compliant overall.

Feb 2023 compliance

  • Smoke Detectors – There were eight smoke detectors where appointments were made but we were unable to gain access.  Property Services is liaising with the Housing Management department to ensure access.
  • Air Conditioning Servicing – The air conditioning at our main office in Bell Lane is overdue for servicing due to the refurbishment of the building.  This has been booked in for 22nd March 2023.

Your right to safety and compliance certification

You have a right to request any of the following in relation to your property or block:

  • Fire Risk Assessment (commissioned annually)
  • EICR – Electrical safety certificate (commissioned every five years)
  • Gas Saf​ety Certificate (commissioned annually in properties with a gas supply)
  • EPC Certificate (showing the energy performance of your property)

There was one complaint in the Housing Division in February 2023.  This was to do with a pest control issue.  We are still working to get this resolved.
