"Welcome to this year’s Annual Report for Tenants.

The annual report is a chance to take stock of the year and set out our plans for the year ahead.

We have continued to develop our service for tenants. 2017 saw the launch of the Tenancy Sustainment Service, introduced to enable us to provide more face-to-face contact with our tenants, offer assistance with welfare benefits and budgeting, and to help sustain tenants’ tenancies.  

We have increased opportunities for tenant involvement. I have been delighted to see the insights that our Tenant Quality Team have brought to how we might improve services and our communication with tenants. 

Over the past year, we have welcomed new faces to the team. I also have a new role, working to deliver more opportunities for vulnerable people to access safe, secure and well-managed housing at the time they need it.
