Salary: £40,814 - £42,759 per year Pro Rata

Lewes Office with up to 60% of time working at home

To help us achieve our ambitions, we are creating a new Organisational Design and Development team and are looking for a OD&D Change Readiness Lead to help ensure we achieve defined benefits and prepare our people brilliantly for the changes we will make

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to take the next step in their change management career.  You will already have some experience of managing the people side of change in a large programme and preferably have a formal change management qualification e.g., Prince/Prosci and/or CIPD level 5.  At Southdown we believe your skills are just as important as your experience so, as long as you are self-motivated, curious, analytical, resourceful, organised and kind, we would love to hear from you.
