Organisational Design & Development Project Manager

Lewes, East Sussex

At Southdown, we believe everyone has the right to live their lives well and our mission is to provide exceptional community support services across Sussex which enable people to achieve this.  In short, we are an organisation with a social purpose and a desire to change lives for the better.

As we reach our 50th anniversary, we celebrate extraordinary achievements and success.  Following significant growth and diversification, we are now embarking on a programme of re-design to create a modern, vibrant, and even more engaging place to work.

To help us achieve our ambitions, we are creating a new Organisational Design and Development team and are looking for a Project Manager to help ensure we manage identified people change initiatives, brilliantly!

The role will blend both knowledge of HR process, policy, and best practice with a clear understanding of project management disciplines to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives such as a new job architecture and reward framework, working with external consultants where necessary.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to take the next step in their project management career.  You will already have some experience of managing people projects, but you don’t need to be an ‘expert’.  At Southdown we believe your skills are just as important as your experience so as long as you are self-motivated, curious, analytical, resourceful, organised and kind, we would love to hear from you.
