Who Are We?
The Transition & Resettlement team works in partnership with Brighton & Hove City Council’s Homeless services and other key agencies across the city as part of the local strategy to reduce homelessness.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for motivated individuals with the aptitude and attitude to support people with a history of homelessness and complex needs to move into their own homes, make their tenancy a success, and to make positive and lasting changes in their lives.
You will be given your own caseload of clients to manage, and support will be delivered either in the community or in clients’ own homes. You will be working as part of a team with an office base in central Brighton & Hove.
The successful candidate will have a dynamic approach to working with people who have experienced trauma and homelessness. Flexibility, resourcefulness and resilience are key to the role.
