The role

Joining our senior management team, you will hold responsibility for the operational delivery and ongoing service development of our mental health services co-located within Primary Care Networks (clusters of GP practices) across Sussex. Teams currently include:

  • Mental Health Support Coordinators
  • Community Connectors Social Prescribing
  • Screen & Intervene physical health checks

What you will bring

You will provide exceptional services to clients through delivering best practice models in mental health services and a commitment to the principles of client involvement and co-production.

An ability to lead, inspire and build strong relationships, a positive vision and a collaborative culture, will be accompanied by experience of delivering on performance and quality standards.

You will be adept at monitoring contracts and services with complex performance measures and driving improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
