Salary: £30,964 - £33,852 per year, pro rata

Job Description:

We’re looking for a part-time Team Manager to help manage a team of Recovery Advisors and Workers for the Wellbeing Hub mental health group and community service. This roll is a fixed term 10 month role, covering maternity leave. This role is a job share post (working Wed-Fri) and is ideal for anyone wanting part-time hours alongside a current role or wanting to develop into a management role. You’ll be supported by the Senior Service Manager and existing part-time Team Manager (Mon-Tues) to lead this service and gain valuable skills in management.

 

To succeed in this role you’ll need a good understanding of working in mental health or equivalent transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting people to explore their needs. You’ll receive a comprehensive induction followed up with regular training and we’ll invest in you to give you all the tools you need to succeed.
