Southdown recognised as an Investor in People
We're delighted to announce, we've been awarded a gold accreditation against the Investors in People Standard, demonstrating our commitment to high performance through investing in our employees.
Established 45 years ago, we have grown substantially over the years and today support over 8,300 people each year and employ 950 staff who work across a range of homelessness prevention, mental health, housing and learning disability services.
Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the Standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry. Investors in People enables organisations to benchmark against the best in the business on an international scale.
