Support Worker, Chichester

Salary: £12.77 per hour

Hours: 23 - 37 hours per week

Job Description:

We’re recruiting for Support Workers to join this service in Donnington which is home to 5 women with learning disabilities. Females are underrepresented within this service.

Our role is to promote independence and choice for our clients. We provide 24-hour support and have a rolling rota, you’ll know your shift pattern well in advance.

No two days are the same at Windebanks; one day you may be at home taking part in art and crafts, the next day could be a trip to the theatre. The clients enjoy being busy, involved in activities and trying new things. They also like to spend time together having BBQs, pamper sessions and karaoke nights. The service has a warm, family feel and is located on a bus route, 15-minute walk from the town centre.

Please note, a Manual Driving licence is essential for this role as the use of Service Vehicles is required
