In our Business Strategy, we highlight how we will support vulnerable people living across Sussex to overcome their personal challenges and live fulfilling, happy lives.
We want to grow our services and support more people. Whilst we know this won’t be easy with continuing financial pressures facing care and support services, we’re confident we’re well placed to expand what we do whilst maintaining the quality of our existing services.
Read more about our plans over the coming years in our five-year (2018-23) Business Strategy and Review and Update supplement for 2021-23, which you can download below.
The key theme for the years ahead is building on our success over the past year and taking forward bold and ambitious recovery and business transformation plans.
