Charlie took on the role of Head of Financial Performance in September 2024, previously working as our Finance Business Partner since August 2022.

Prior to Southdown, he spent 7 years working in the hospitality industry within various operational finance roles, supporting managers with their financial reporting and identifying efficiencies in their businesses.

Charlie says, “Since joining Southdown, my aim has been to promote financial transparency and commercial awareness amongst colleagues. Providing employees with the information to make informed decisions will enable us to extract the best value from our resources, meaning we can provide the best support to our tenants and clients, whilst contributing to a sustainable future.“
