Charlie joined Southdown in August 2022 as Finance Business Partner.

Prior to Southdown, he spent 7 years working in the hospitality industry within various Operational Finance roles, supporting managers with their financial reporting and identifying efficiencies in their businesses.

As Finance Business Partner, Charlie works across the organisation to provide financial insight to stakeholders, supporting them to work towards their financial targets and assist with effective decision making.
