Ella Arnardottir

Title: Regional Manager for Learning Disability Services in East Sussex, Brighton & Hove
Team: Senior Leadership Team

Ella joined Southdown in 1996 in a deputy manager role and over the years has worked in a number management roles at Southdown, including managing registered and supported living services in both East and West Sussex. She joined the senior management team in 2011.

Previously, Ella worked in a number of support settings, including services for people with learning disabilities, mental health issues and older people.

In her role as regional manager for Southdown’s East Sussex and Brighton & Hove learning disability services, Ella ensures we enable our clients to live the life they want to. She oversees the strategic direction of the services and provides support to managers and staff as needed.

Ella says “I feel passionate about enabling our clients to lead the lives they want and ensuring everyone’s experience of Southdown, clients, staff, families, professionals, is as positive as possible”.
