Jenny Spaull

Jenny joined Southdown in 1996 as Training Manager, having previously managed a mental health team supporting people with long term needs. A registered Social Worker, Jenny started as a volunteer and has worked for 40 years in a range of settings, including with children, people with a learning disability and pregnant young women.

She says, “It has been great to support many of the new initiatives and innovation in Southdown over the past 25 years; no two years are ever the same which keeps the job really interesting. Enabling staff to develop the skills, approach and confidence to deliver really good support is so rewarding.”
