Paul joined Southdown in December 2022.  In his role as Organisational Design and Development Manager he will lead a small team of specialists to ensure we deliver on projects outlined in our Business Strategy, including review of our pay and rewards, career and skills development, and simplifying our people processes.

Paul is passionate about helping individuals, teams and organisations thrive and realise their full potential. He helped transform the Housing Ombudsman Service to be more strategic and outcome-focused, delivering improved services to tenants and landlords. A life-long interest in the arts also led him to joining Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance, where he introduced them to the value of Organisational Development and strengths-based practice.
