Paul joined Southdown in December 2016 as our Property Services Manager. Prior to that he was a Contract Manager for 6 years working for a company that managed all aspects of property maintenance and compliance for Lambeth Council’s housing stock.

As Property Services Manager, Paul is responsible for the maintenance and compliance of our housing units, offices, wellbeing centres and vehicle fleet. He is also responsible for all aspects of property compliance, incorporating gas, electrics, water and fire safety.
