Rah Bray

Rah joined Southdown in 2002 as a Tenancy Support Officer and over the past 19 years has progressed through frontline and management roles into her current senior management role, Head of Service for Mental Health and Housing Support.

Starting out as a volunteer, Rah has provided services for over 26 years, for people with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and for families at risk of homelessness.

She says, “I am passionate about ensuring staff are well led and supported to provide high quality services that deliver to clients and our partners’ priorities”
