Tara joined Southdown as Quality and Performance Manager in December 2014.  Prior to joining the organisation, she worked in the NHS for 20 years in a number of roles including project management and, most recently, as Head of Clinical Governance for a Community Trust.

As Quality, Performance & Risk Manager, Tara is responsible for the delivery of effective quality improvement and performance management systems across Southdown, ranging from data analysis to health & safety.

Tara is the organisation’s Data Protection Officer.

She says, “Data can be a powerful tool to understand and improve the services we provide to our clients. We support colleagues across Southdown to use data effectively to improve the quality of our clients’ lives.”
