Preston Park Recovery Centre (Brighton & Hove)
About the service
Southdown’s Preston Park Recovery Centre (part of the Community Roots network) provides a welcoming and supportive environment, in which people with mental health support needs can learn new skills and get involved in a variety of groups and activities.
Open seven days a week; the Centre also provides access to a specialist employment service and a welfare benefits service.
At Southdown we are committed to supporting people whilst keeping both our clients and staff safe by practicing good infection control. You can read our latest Covid-19 statement here.
What support is available?
After referral to the Centre, our team of Recovery Workers provide individual support to help you develop your own personal plan to achieve your goals. Recovery Workers can also refer you onto other services too where you need additional support.
As well as individual support, we also offer a wide range of online and face-to-face activities and groups to support your mental health and wellbeing.
The Centre, either through virtual or physical means is a great place to meet friends or get to know new people and build your confidence and self-esteem.
Am I eligible?
The service is free and available to adults aged 18 and over, living in Brighton and Hove.
