Brighton Recruitment Event – Become a Support Worker!

We are holding a free recruitment event at Brighton’s Jubilee Library in the Business and IP centre (BIPC) on Friday 18th October 2024 between 10am – 4pm.

We’re looking to recruit Support Workers for our state-of-the-art flagship service in East Brighton. The salary is £13.31 per hour + our fantastic benefits package; including a Healthcare Cashback Scheme, an Employee Assistance Programme, and access to a Blue Light Card.

Qualifications or experience aren’t necessary to be a Support Worker. Instead we are looking for somebody who is fun, caring, and is able to stay calm under pressure.

Come along and our meet our friendly team anytime through the day. They can chat with you about what it’s like to be a Southdown Support Worker and answer any questions you might have.

At the event you will be able to apply for the role and be interviewed. It would be helpful if you could bring along a CV but this isn’t essential. We can’t wait to meet you! 😊

If you aren’t able to come along but are still interested in joining the team, take a look at our vacancies here. Alternatively, please get in touch with our recruitment team by emailing: jobs@southdown.org
