We love sharing our staff stories and giving people an insight into what it’s like to work at Southdown.
These stories highlight the value of our services and the commitment and dedication of Southdown staff to be there for people that need support. We have colleagues working across Sussex in a wide range of services and their experiences give us an insight into the issues and challenges that people in our local communities face. Our stories help raise awareness of, and challenge, outdated social stigmas and taboos.
