Chris joined Southdown in June 2014 as a HR Advisor before gaining promotion to Senior HR Advisor leading on all employee relation matters. He took on the role of Acting HR Manager in December 2022 in which he has responsibility for delivering quality people services to everyone in the organisation.
Chris has worked in HR for over 35 years in a variety of generalist and specialist roles. He has predominantly worked in the public sector before moving to Southdown.
He says, “I believe that people are at the heart of what we do. My goal is to support the business with providing effective, efficient and fair people services.”
