Graeme has recently retired from 36 years as a Corporate Banking Leader with experience across a number of industries and more recently a focus on Client experience and improving the E2E client journey. Graeme is also Chair of the Human Milk Foundation and is an Independent Group Audit Committee member at North Star Housing Association.

Graeme joined Southdown’s Board in September 2020.
