About the service
Thinking Well is a dedicated service for people with a diagnosis of emotionally unstable personality disorder (EUPD) living in East Sussex.
Provided in partnership with the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, it is part of a network of mental health recovery support, called the East Sussex Community Network.
What support is available?
The service offers drop-in, social and clinical sessions to help you self-manage your condition and avoid crisis.
Support is provided at our Bexhill, Eastbourne and Lewes Wellbeing Centres.

Am I eligible?
The service is for people (aged 16+) with a diagnosis of emotionally unstable personality disorder living in East Sussex.
How do I apply?
Due to strictly limited spaces at the service, referrals are made through the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust only. Referrers from the Trust will be contacted when referrals to the service can be made.
